Brassica

Brassica crops, also referred to as cole crops or crucifers, are cool-season vegetables. They include: broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, horseradish, kale, kohlrabi and specialty vegetables including Chinese cabbage, Chinese mustard, broccoli raab, collards, mizuna, mustard greens, mustard spinach and rape greens.
